We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase ( or confirmation email). 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Yes, customer covers shipping prices of the return, however we do not charge restock fee or any other fees.

If you have been issued a refund, it usually takes 3 to 7 business days for the money to comeback to your bank account.

If you have received broken item, please take a picture of the item straight after receving it and contact us at , we will do our best to resolve this issue.


Shipping time depends on your location, however shipping may take from 7 to 30 days.

For our USA customers, if your order is less then 800$, you do not need to worry about duties.

For Australian customers, if your oder is less then 1000$, you do not need to worry about duties either.

European Customers may need to check with their local authorities, as we do ship our parcels from warehouse in China. We will cover the VAT tax, but there might be a duty if your order is over the limit in your country (which is established by the government).

We do offer shipping worldwide, however we are not able to deliver to certain countries and territories.

South Georgia & South Sandwich islands
Oceania Islands
Central America ( Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Aruba, Bahamos, Barbados, Beliz, Costa Rica & others)
To all Africa countries (only South Africa)

Sometimes, to make delivery quicker we ship from different fulfillment centers. In these cases you can receive your items seperately, however you will be informed beforehand about this :)
